Express Repair Center currently services electronic equipment from all over the US, Canada, and the world. UPS, Federal Express, DHL and other carriers stop at our shipping department twice daily. Express Repair Center has contracts with several national companies who ship their equipment to us for service, we handle the repair and the logistics of shipping. Also we performs warranty and non-warranty work for various electronic equipment dealers across the country. Express Repair Center handles every package with care and professionalism, re-packing with new packing if required and insuring shipments with carriers.

Shipping . Cover the unit with a plastic bag and seal if possible. This will stop the packing material from entering the unit. Make sure the unit is well packed with padding on all six sides . . Include our printable shipping form with advanced payment, contact information, and a detailed description of the units malfunction.

They are familiar with the types and brands of equipment that we repair, and with all manufacturer, extended warranty, and dealer programs. They have immediate access to our own computerized work-flow system and will give you instant information throughout the repair process by telephone, fax, or online. No repair is complete until you are completely satisfied

Our Warranty. Products repaired by Express Repair Center, Inc. are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. This guarantee covers all labor and parts that were installed by us. We even cover additional problems that were not part of the original repair! The only exceptions are abuse, picture tube's that were not replaced as a part of the repair, shipping cost, or acts of god! Normal turnaround time is 3-5 days. (Not to include shipping time or weekends.)

Packing Tips

Please be certain that all equipment is well padded within a proper, corrugated cardboard shipping carton. Allow at least 2 inches of padding on all sides of the carton around the equipment. Wrap each individual item in bubble wrap or a plastic bag, then use Styrofoam or crumpled newspaper to fill the extra space.

UPS, FedEx or USPS Store should be able to assist you best if you do not have the proper materials.

Send the package insured for its value. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. Be sure to enclose the packing list that we create for you when you submit a repair.

Plasma Screen Shipping Info

Due to the high value and sensitive nature of Plasma Displays it is very important that the unit be shipped by professionals. A plasma display is not something that you would hand to regular courier such as Fedex or UPS

Our units are delivered by companies who specialize in sensitive/ high value products. In most cases we can have the unit delivered to your location in 3 to 4 days. ( except for remote areas) The unit will be carried into your house or office and placed in whatever room you choose. ( 2 flights maximum) . Our shippers will however not unpack or install the unit

All units are shipped fully insured. When you receive the Plasma please inspect the unit for signs of external damage prior to signing for the shipment and if present, please make note of this on the waybill. If there is signs of external damage please open the box and inspect the unit for obvious damage prior to signing for the product.

Advance Payment on Carry in Service and Ship in Service

Express Repair Center, Inc. requires an advanced payment of $30.00 for all units not covered by a service contract or factory warranty. This advanced payment will be applied to the repair of the unit. If the estimated given is declined, this fee becomes our diagnostic charge and is not refundable. delivery charges will be additional for ship in service, and are calculated by zip code.

Currently, we do not take payments with credit cards from overseas customers. If you are in different country we required Full Payment of the work and shipping before return the unit and we only accept direct transfers with Western Union
