Unfortunately the hurricane Wilma destroyed our sign and the front windows but we got it replaced with hurricane-proof glass. At the current moment we are waiting the new sign.

He is Guillermo our Projector Technician; He worked several years for Matsushita Electric headquarters in Osaka, Japan. He has 25 years of experience in that field and got several awards working as technician in professional units

He is Kiyoshi Kanaka, our tech guru, he has over 20 years of experience in the electronics service and he worked several years at Sony of Japan before emigrate to US about 10 years ago. Kiyoshi is our master technician in the Broadcasting and Professional division.

He is Richard he is our Big Screen, Plasma and LCD Technician, he has over 20 years of experience in that field, very good technician

The server room, all service manuals were scanned and put together in a server, by that way they are easy accessed from any technician inside and outside of our building, of course, their are password protected, at the same time the servers run our custom administrative software in efficient manner.

Pictures of our warehouse, there are all units waiting for parts and delivery, fortunately we have a short delay time due a high number of parts in stock and fast performance of our technicians, the last Sony report of QOS (quality of service) show our company with a turnaround time below 5 days. That’s talk itself about our customer dedication.

Also we give professional service to Hospitals, Broadcasting, Education, Police and military customers and those divisions require fast and priority service
