Who are we?

We are an independent incorporated company involved in service and repair of consumer electronic products. Established in Miami, Fl. Technicians are factory trained with over 15 years of experience in servicing video/audio products. We service the Dade County area and adjacent districts. Also we are committed to the needs and requirements of our clients today, as well as the future. 0ur goal: To provide professional, timely service to the Manufacturers, Third party contract providers, and of course the products end user, our valued customers. To conduct our business in an honest, ethical manner, Inspiring the confidence of our Employees and Customers, to be Innovative, Effective, and Excited about the future of the Electronics Service Industry.

Why choose us? a few lines from our president

 

In the following lines I will explain my personal observation about the electronics services industry and how we go around those problems

In many years working for BIG Company's I have learned what they do wrong and maybe the cause of why in many cases they go out of business

It is my observation that good service can be quite accidental. This seems to be true throughout the entire process of equipment service.

Examples:

  • In a shop a customer walks in and drops off let's say a VCR. This fictional shop might have 3 techs, one has worked on similar units many times and knows the problem well while another has little experience on that particular model. There lies the potential for an unnecessary foul up. Does the right guy get the right unit?

  • The same scene, but this time it's shops instead of techs. Mr. Joe Customer picks the wrong guy out of the phone book and everything else goes awry. Some shops have experience with products that others do not have. Just another accident?

  • Many shops don't pay the right salary to a experienced Technician and prefer to use a learner in all the jobs. The result: many customers are unsatisfied, but in todays world of impersonal service, they just don't care about it

  • There are times when we get calls from warranty customers who have been told by a service center (particularly ones operated by big box retailers) that their repair can not be scheduled for two or three weeks. Why is that? Why can't the shop owner who is sitting on his hands that day, ready and willing to do the job, get the job? Because of the accidental nature of our business? The customer called the wrong place on the wrong day.


It seems to me now that the best way to insure our future is minimize the accident

The only way to minimize accidents is with experienced workers and good management, Let me say this, in our company we have only experienced workers, ALL of them are masters in their field and of course you can be sure your unit will go to the right Technician.  Also we invest many thousands of dollars each year just to keep the knowledge of each technician update. In the competitive world of today and with a policy of Customer 100% satisfaction we don't have a place for learners and accidents

If we take a job you can be sure we will succeed, if we can't do it, we don't lost your time and our time

I feel Express Repair Center is an outstanding company, however there are still things I can do to improve.  and we always want to hear feedback from our customers

  • We maintain liability and financial responsibility in order to uphold the guarantee for all work undertaken.

  • We represent manufacturers in an honest and intelligent manner to create an atmosphere of mutual trust and understanding and to best serve our combined interests.

  • We offer clean, attractive, and inviting facilities as well as courteous and competent personnel.

  • Accurate statements or invoices will be rendered to the customers and a comprehensive record of all work will be kept. I will strive to assure that my prices are understood and easily available.

  • All complaints will be promptly and courteously handled.

  • The property of all customers will be carefully handled and adequate insurance will be carried to protect this property while in our custody.

  • We always seek to improve and increase our efficiency, and to better our services.

  • We perform only such work as is needed and authorized by the customer, and all parts will be new and first quality unless otherwise specified.

  • We make good on our promises, if we say we will call someone back, then we call them back.

  • We Respond to customers letters ASAP
