Return Policy

Some items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. In most cases a restocking fee of 25% applies. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Used and opened products will not be accepted in any cases.

 

Damage During Transport

 

Express Repair Center is not responsible for damages during transit. A freight claim should be filed with the appropriate carrier.


Express Repair Center endeavors to use reliable and reputable carriers, but occasionally shipping damage does occur. Below are some valuable tips on how to proceed if your items are delivered damaged during transport.


Resolving the problem of transit damage or loss depends on the cooperation of all parties. All shipping damage claims must be made against the common carrier; therefore, it is imperative that you follow these guidelines:

  • Inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's pro bill and have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation. Do not sign a clear receipt for damaged or missing cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Ask the carrier to make a detailed inspection of the damage. File a claim with the carrier. Cooperate and follow up as necessary to secure final settlement.

  • Even if damages are acknowledged in writing by the driver, you must request an inspection by the carrier and retain the merchandise, carton, and package materials at the address to which shipment was made until the carrier authorizes movement. The carrier must provide you with an inspection report. In case of concealed damage, inspection must be requested within three (3) days of receipt of shipment (72 Hours).

  • Notify Express Repair Center in the event of transportation damage. Do not return the merchandise to Express Repair Center. File your claim with the carrier, enclosing copies of the bill of lading (signed by the driver) and inspection report as support. Keep all packing materials and boxes with the damaged product. Do not throw anything away. Although Express Repair Center will provide any assistance possible, we cannot be responsible for the actual filing of claims with the carrier or accept liability for non-collectable freight claims.

Defective Product

 

If you believe that the product is defective contact Customer Support to obtain a replacement and a Return Authorization (RA). Products returned as defective will be tested upon receipt to confirm the defect. Once confirmed a replacement product will be shipped. An advanced exchange can be arranged. You will be charged for the replacement product and you will receive credit when the defective product is received and confirmed to be defective. If the product is tested and confirmed to be in proper working order, Express Repair Center reserves the right to return it to you.

Please note the defective product must be sent back to us within one week with all the original packaging material.

You must include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. Any programming must be reset back to factory default. Display the RA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

 

Product Received Is not the Product Ordered

 

If you received a product other than what you ordered contact Customer Support to obtain a replacement and a Return Authorization (RA). A replacement product will be shipped when the original product is returned. An advanced exchange can be arranged. You will be charged for the replacement product and you will receive credit when the original product is returned.

Product Is Not Longer Required

 

Please be advised that if item is opened, Express Repair Center reserves the right to refuse credit and return the item back to the customer.


Returns will only be accepted for unopened products only. Credit will be given upon receipt for the purchase price less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

Warranty Information

You the consumer are entitled to the manufacturer’s limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product(s). Express Repair Center makes no additional or independent warranty. Any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness of a product for a particular application are disclaimed. Express Repair Center shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, even it had been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product(s).

Online Stock Status

All products are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. All stock-status indications are approximate daily estimates and subject to change without notification. Express Repair Center relies on our suppliers and manufacturers for both real time and daily stock status updates concerning hard to locate constrained products and future product availability. We will make every effort to ship orders as requested via shipping method within 24 hours of the date the order was originally placed. However, in rare situations, the order may not ship within 24 hours due to supplier or manufacturer current availability and policy.

Shipping Policy


Any order placed after 1pm EST M-F except on holidays may not ship the same day but will ship the next business day. Shipping rates are estimates only and may vary by carrier, ship to location and weight of package. Delivery times are estimated, actual in transit time may vary depending on the ship to location, availability of product and policies and/or guidelines established by the shipping carrier. Please refer to shipping carrier for additional information. In the event that an order is not processed by Friday evening the order will ship Monday (the next business day.) Express Repair Center preferred carriers are UPS

  • We do not ship out of the continental U.S. for any reason. Please do not ask to make an exception.  We will not answer emails from Indonesia, South Africa, Nigeria and many more, don't waste your time

  • We will not ship to any P.O. Boxes, or any alternate addresses.

  • Your credit card bill must arrive at the "PHYSICAL" address that you want the goods shipped to. This payment method is 100% secure and the safest way to pay for products bought on the internet. Your Credit Card bank will offer you total protection against fraud on phoned in purchases. Be wary of companies that do not accept credit cards directly. If you do NOT have a physical billing address, most credit card companies will allow you to add an "authorized ship to address" in their records. If our system can verify this, we will ship. You must have this done, before you buy, for it is a 3-5 business day wait for them to add.


Limitation of Liability


Under no circumstances shall Express Repair Center and/or it’s respective suppliers be liable for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.

Pricing & Promotions


All promotions are subject to availability and inventory. Express Repair Center reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

Express Repair Center is committed to providing the most up to date pricing information available. However, considering pricing and availability of products frequently change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, Express Repair Center accepts no liability for pricing errors, protection on currently published prices, or omissions and will not refund or be compelled to honor prices as published at time of order. We will strive to make every effort to fulfill your order if at all possible and thank you for your business.

Payment Policy

It is the policy of Express Repair Center to not accept nor process any order placed on our site/with us, with the bill to and ship to addresses not being one in the same. Any order that is placed with these addresses being different will be held and an attempt to contact the card holder will be made within one business day. If contact is not made with the cardholder and the matter addressed the order will be considered null/void and will be deleted from our database.

Express Repair Center accepts Paypal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Express Repair Center does not apply surcharges to credit cards.
