Comments or Suggestions: ok where to
start. Our appointment was scheduled between 9:00 and 12 am on Saturday.
To my complete surprise the technician arrived at 9:03. This is the first
time in my life where ANYONE has been on time at the early part of a
schedule appointment (i was so sure it would be later I was still asleep :)

I want to relay to you how impressed I am with your company, and especially the technician that arrived at our home today to look at our 50" projection Hitachi TV. First, I want to complement you on the people who work for you, as represented by the man who came to our home (I didn't get his name, but know you can find out who he is, and he should be commended) he was so knowledgeable, personable, and you could tell he wasn't just putting in the time, but cared, very rare these days I'm glad I found your company, and wanted to let you know, as my husband and I have owned our business's and make sure that all those that work for us represent us the way your people seem to also

Thanks for taking the time to answer every question I had with certainty. There is nothing worse than asking a technical question and getting the response "I think so?" or "I'm not sure?". I made a service call because my Mitsubishi Big Screen was hit by a lightning . They arrived very quickly and in one hour my TV was working again. Excellent, Unfortunately after just two weeks the Tv stopped working, but the customer services instantly responded and offered to send me the technician again. He arrived just a few hours later, and fixed it again even though it was different fail and different part was replaced, don't cost me one cent. Very good service........Pedro G.
