Hi, one week ago I bought a 42" Zenith Plasma Television Model PD42W34. When try to Install it on the wall fall over and had the display screen damaged

I am hoping to get in contact with you as soon as possible. I am looking to see if it is possible for your repair company to repair or replace a cracked screen on a plasma television unit.
I realize it will be expensive but per your internet site I musk ask what cost am I looking at. I got it at $2195 one week ago from a Internet Store and I hope the repair cost don't be as high

I received about 300 emails and 200 telephone calls like this each month.

Let me analyze the Tom's case. The cost of the replacement PDP(Plasma display Panel) from Zenith is $ 2390.52 plus about $100 shipping fee and final we charge $ 300 for labor. The total bill will be $ 2790.52 plus tax, well over the money Tom paid for a complete new unit

Unlike others electronics repair, Cracked LCD and Plasmas can't be repaired or replaced at economical cost

Please don't ask me how many will cost a replacement Display Panel, it will be at least high or more as the retail price of the unit, and nothing I can do about it

The same will applied to all Cracked LCD/TFT and Plasma Panels and to all Manufacturers since no one are made in America

We don't carry replacement PDP and LCD panel on stock and I can't quote you price for a replacement panel until after I spend my time finding a supplier and frequently lost a lot of time on large distance phone calls sometimes international

I DON'T spend my time and employer's time locating replacement panel (and getting price quotes) for free. To locate your display panel and get you a price quote; you must up-front $90 deposit which will be FULLY applied to your later repair work

I'm interested in taking all the time and effort necessary to locate your replacement PDP Panel so long as you purchase it. My suppliers know you've paid deposit up-front and that you are a SERIOUS client. We are all more than willing to make an extra effort to locate your PDP Panel

If you later decide NOT to purchase the LCD or PDP Panel I find for you; you will forfeit your deposit.

If you still are interested in a Panel Replacement quote send me $90 to my paypal account but don't expect it will be more cheap than the retail price of the complete unit
